
She holds an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in Economics, with a minor in Business Administration. Additionally, she earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University through its Executive MBA program.
With a commitment to both the work culture of Clarion and making an impact in her Community, in June of 2013, Kim was named President of the Memphis Chapter of The National Association of Woman Business Owners (NAWBO). In 2016, as a Past President, she drove the initiative to launch NAWBO Memphis’s first Women Owned Business Accelerator Program – designed to accelerate the growth of revenue and jobs for Women Business Enterprises in the Mid-South area. She continues to earn recognition for her work in the community and also in 2013, was named a “Superwoman in Business” by Memphis Business Journal. In 2017, Kim was named Woman Business Owner of the Year by NAWBO National, and in 2018 was named CEO of the Year by Inside Memphis Business.

...and was the top producer in the U.S. for 4 of his 7 years with the company as the Major Accounts District Manager.
He then joined Morgan Keegan as the Sr. Vice President of institutional fixed income where he was a top 20 producer with the responsibility of new territory growth in much of the US.
In 2005, Larry invested in a small, traditional security company, realizing his passion for security and the opportunity for a progressive provider in a traditional business. He then joined Clarion Security in 2011.
Larry attended both the University of Memphis and finished at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Ms. Mann’s Human Resources career has spanned two decades, and has included human resources management and environmental, health and safety (EHS) roles for large employers in the Mid South.
Prior to moving to the Memphis area, Ms. Mann began a journey in Total Quality Management as the Credit Quality Manager for a large Financial Institution in California. Quality Management translated across multiple industries throughout her career and continues today in her current role, in developing procedures and processes as it relates to Clarion Security’s ISO certification.
Ms. Mann attended Bethany University in Santa Cruz, California before completing her undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis.

Ms. Whitfield received her bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from University of Phoenix in December, 2013. Throughout Ms. Whitfield’s career, she has earned a reputation for excellence in prioritizing tasks, collaborating with peers and managers, and adhering to established communication and organizational procedures.
With over 10 years in administration, Ms. Whitfield decided that she wanted to further her education, to gain more knowledge on how to excel at administering a business. Now, she is pursuing her MBA at the University of Phoenix.
With a positive attitude, Ms. Whitfield enjoys handling calls for general information and questions regarding all Clarion scheduling management.

Steven has spent over ten years in security and loss prevention supervision. Steven brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Clarion Security. Steven returned to Clarion Security and assumed the role as Assistant Operations Manager in 2017 and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2018.

Ken started his security career in the United States Army as a Logistical Supply Analyst. In 2015, he transitioned from the military into a surveying role with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Since returning to Memphis, Ken has been in security Management for several major private security companies. Most recently, he was a Security Operations Manager with Whelan Security in charge of the Nike Facility on Shelby Drive.
Ken has hit the ground running with Clarion and enjoys tackling big projects.

She comes with 12 years of Quality and Management experience from Logistical, Automobile and Industrial backgrounds. She led her previous quality team in record numbers of retention and decrease of incidents and customer complaints at NIKE. Ms. Redic understands customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. Ms. Redic is certified in Quality Assurance Management, where she received her certification at Southwest Community College. Ms. Redic designs, creates, and develops manuals for all aspects of Clarion Security. Ms. Redic believes that everyone should be equipped to perform at their greatest heights, in which she aims to give everyone tools to be successful.

Prior to Security Mr. Ingle enjoyed a career in the graphic packaging business. Mr. Ingle took a summer job as an estimator for St Joe Paper Company in Memphis TN. which culminated into a 30 year packaging career. Mr. Ingle served as the company’s cost accountant for 12 years before moving into sales. Mr. Ingle joined a Graphic Packaging Company Headquartered in Waco Texas where he served as a Regional Sales Representative for several years. Based out of Dallas Texas, Mr. Ingle increased annual sales revenues by over 5 million dollars his first 5 years of employment.
Mr. Ingle attended Memphis State University in 1973 and 1974 majoring in accounting. He also attended and successfully completed “Carew International” Advanced Positional Selling (APS) and Dimensions of Professional Sales (DPS) training programs.
